Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of our boost packs ($1.99–$12.99 USD, one-time) on StreakFeed.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Digital goods
Boost packs deliver instant digital consumables (boosts) to your StreakFeed account after payment. You must be signed in (with email or Google).
2. Refund eligibility
- 14-day window: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law and Paddle’s review.
- Unused boosts: Refunds are more likely if boosts were not consumed.
- Used boosts: Partial refund or decline is possible if digital content was delivered and used.
3. How to request a refund
- Use your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net → Request refund.
- Or email [email protected] with your transaction ID.
4. Game issues
If you paid but boosts did not appear, contact [email protected] first.
