By using StreakFeed (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Description of the Service
StreakFeed is a free-to-play web arcade game with five rotating minigames, streak tracking, weekly leaderboards and private Squads. Optional paid digital items (“boosts”) may be purchased — see Pricing.
2. Account
- You may play without an account. Cloud save, rankings, Squads and purchases require a free account.
- You can register with an email and password, or sign in with Google. Signing in with Google is optional and covered by our Privacy Policy.
- Your username is unique and shown on leaderboards. When you sign in with Google, it is generated automatically from your email. Impersonation and offensive names are prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may update your profile or delete your account from the in-game menu.
3. Purchases
- Our boost packs cost $1.99, $4.99 or $12.99 USD (one-time). These are the exact product prices shown at Paddle Checkout before tax.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated and shown at checkout.
- No subscription, free trial, or introductory recurring price applies.
- Payments are processed by Paddle. Boosts are digital consumables credited to your account after successful payment.
- Boosts and in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts.
- You must accept these Terms and our Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
4. Weekly competitions & rewards
- Leaderboards reset weekly. Top players may receive digital-only rewards, such as a champion crown, a Hall of Fame spot, and a free boost pack.
- Rewards are purely cosmetic or in-game digital items. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
- No purchase is necessary to compete or win. Buying boosts does not guarantee a leaderboard position; rankings are based on your streaks.
- Rankings are determined by in-game performance. Any manipulation may result in disqualification.
5. Acceptable use
- No score manipulation, bots, hacks or exploitation of bugs.
- No offensive content in usernames or Squad names.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
StreakFeed, its interface, code and original art are owned by the Service operator and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Minors
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Minors who are permitted to use the Service need a parent or guardian’s permission, and any purchase must be authorized by the account holder or a guardian.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for data loss.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you in-game or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
